1. THE CONTRACT:

These Booking Terms and Conditions contain important information. It is necessary that you read and understand them carefully. The Booking Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between You (client) and Christina Koukora, a private company organized under the laws of Greece (hereinafter referred as “The Company”). Please note that while booking an activity, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as well as the cancellation policy and certain limitations of liability. Both parties agree to these Terms and Conditions to resolve any legal or other disputes that may arise during the trip.

2. BOOKING AN ACTIVITY/ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING/CLIENT DETAILS:

A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when the Company sends a confirmation invoice or email. It is at this point that a contract between the Company and the Client comes into existence.

Before your booking is confirmed and a contract comes into action, the Company reserves the right to increase or decrease activities prices.

Please note that the company would not be liable to any warranty, collateral agreement, prior agreement, description of services, or conditions, other than as expressed herein.

3. CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY THE CLIENT:

Should the Client wish to cancel for any reason, cancellation fees will be imposed. These are valid from the day that the booking form is received by the Company.

Day Activities:

  • more than 16 days before the activity, the Company refunds the full amount.
  • between 2 and 15 days before the activity the Company refunds 50% of the paid amount.
  • between 0 and 1 days before the activity the Company reserves the whole paid amount.

4. CANCELLATION OF AN ACTIVITY BY THE COMPANY

The Company reserves the right to cancel any activity prior to departure due to reasons beyond its control (i.e. due to natural disasters, consequences of strikes, industrial action, wars, riots, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, or other untoward occurrences. In such a case, The Company will refund the activity price only.

5. MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

All our activities require a level of fitness, there for you should always check with your physician regarding your health and fitness before you participate. It’s the client’s responsibility to notify the activities of the company of any pre-existing medical condition and/or disability that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of you required medical attention, that may affect your ability to travel. Failure to notify the Company may result in the client being refused travel. Failure to notify the Company of any such condition that results in cancellation will result in 100% cancellation fees to the Client.

Some activities may be unsuitable for some Clients due to age, mobility, pregnancy or physical or mental conditions. It is the Client’s responsibility to check prior to booking. The Company will do its best to meet Clients special requests.

6. TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Enough and valid travel insurance is compulsory for all travelers. Your travel insurance must cover accidents, injury, illness and death medical expenses, including any related to pre-existing medical conditions, emergency repatriation (including helicopter rescue and air ambulance where applicable) and personal liability. The Company also recommends it covers trip cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects. You must carry proof of insurance with you and produce it if reasonably requested by the company employees or suppliers. The company reserves the right to cancel or suspend your participation on a trip or in certain activities that comprise part of a trip, at any time, including after the commencement of your trip, with no right of refund, if you are unable to provide proof of insurance when requested.

7. CHILDREN

A legal guardian must accompany all participants under the age of sixteen. If you have a question regarding age and suitability, please contact us for further information.

8. Photography and Video

During the program, participants are being photographed and video recorded. All material is used by Isfield Hospitality Ltd for its promotional activities (brochures, website, advertisements etc). In case you do not wish to show up to our promotional material you should send us a written declaration.
