Passionate Yoga Teacher and Instructor and also Yoga Teacher Specialist for Children with 2 years of private and small group yoga classes experience. Efficiently teaching Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Sotai Yoga classes.
In general, working on the physical body's workout, for physical health and wellness. Also focusing on the spiritual health and the clarity of the mind.
Succeeding all of the above with physical yoga exercises (Asanas & Karanas), breathing yoga exercises (pranayama) and guided meditation (pratyahara).
Specifically for children, besides all the above, kids benefit from the joy and playfullness of the Yoga class, provided with happiness, energy and behavioral balance.
